Armed Forces and Veterans Breakfast Club visit - Saturday 13th June
It was a pleasure meeting with veterans at their Breakfast Club in The Castle Tavern.
The food was excellent, along with the chat and laughs. We were told that there are 500 such clubs, serving as a vital support system to combat isolation through camaraderie, banter and a shared military background.
Long may you continue meeting and carrying out this essential work.
