29 Aug - Annual Plant & Produce Show
St Mary's Church was packed. This time not for a service, but for the Annual Plant and Produce Sale. This was organised by The Friends of St Mary's and there were no half measures about it.
For sale were a large array of plants, books, jig saws, home made cakes, jam, local honey, plus Tombola and raffle stalls. The highlight however, for my grandaughter was a visit to the the Bell Tower.
It was a lovely and friendly occasion. I just hope that there was not too much to pack away?
My other thought was, when do you start planning for next year?
