Fellmongers Apprentice Awards

As Mayor of Richmond, I was proud to attend and assist in handing out the Fellmongers Apprentice Awards, a wonderful celebration of local young people developing their skills and pursuing excellence in their chosen trades.
As a Fellow Freeman of the Fellmongers’ Company, one of Richmond’s oldest historic guilds, dedicated to supporting craftsmanship and apprenticeships in our community it was especially meaningful to be part of this evening of tradition, achievement and pride. Many congratulations to all of the winners who received their well-deserved awards, including apprentices recognised for their hard work and commitment. It was also a special night of recognition for our emergency services, whose dedication keeps our town safe and whose service underpins so much of what makes Richmond a stronger, more resilient community. Thank you to the Fellmongers’ Company and everyone involved in organising such an inspiring event, here’s to supporting future generations and celebrating excellence at every stage!
