Mayor Making Ceremony 19 May 2025

The Annual Mayor Making Ceremony took place on Monday, 19th May.

Cllr Carl Tate was officially elected as the new Mayor of Richmond.  He succeeds the outgoing Mayor, Cllr Laura Morton, who was elected Mayor on Monday, 28th April 2025 following the sad death of the Mayor in office, Cllr Bob White.

His deputy for the year will be Cllr Ian Woods.
