Mayor of Richmond's Charity Golf Day

The Mayor of Richmond, Cllr Carl Tate held his Charity Golf Day at Richmond Golf Club.  The event was a huge success with 92 golfers taking part.

'This event has shown exactly what makes Richmond so special - our community, our clubs and the people, who come together to support one another.  Richmond Golf Club was the perfect host and I'm incredibly grateful to everyone who made the day such a success.  We hope this is just the beginning of a tradition that will continue for many years, bringing together sport, community spirit and fundraising in the heart of Richmond.  All of the money raised will go directly to my 3 chosen charities for the year - Just the Job, Friends of the Friary amd The Richmondshire and Hambleton MND Group'
