The Mayoress and I had a fantastic evening at the annual Duck Club Halloween Party, held at The Comrades Club in Richmond. It was a huge success, congratulations to all the fancy dress winners and to everyone who joined in the games and fun!A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped organise such a brilliant event, and of course to Mark, the Duck Club President, for his continued leadership and enthusiasm. Richmond’s community spirit was truly alive and well on Saturday afternoon. Well done to all.
