16 May - Summer Ball 2026

On Saturday night, as Mayor and Mayoress of Richmond, we had the absolute privilege of hosting the final event of our year, ‘The Summer Ball’ and what an unforgettable evening it was.
To see the room filled at our sell-out event, surrounded by friends, supporters, local businesses, and members of our wonderful community, meant more to us than words can truly express. The atmosphere from start to finish was simply incredible, and together we raised even more money for the charities close to our hearts.
A huge thank you must go to everyone who attended and helped make the evening so special. Your support throughout our mayoral year has been amazing, and Saturday night felt like the perfect celebration of everything our community stands for.
Special thanks to the team at The Kings Head Hotel who absolutely smashed it out of the park. The service, food, and attention to detail were outstanding, and they helped create a night to remember.
And of course, thank you to the DJ who kept the dance floor full all night long, it was fantastic to see so many people up dancing and enjoying themselves together.
As our year as Mayor and Mayoress comes towards its close, we leave feeling incredibly proud, grateful, and humbled by the kindness and support shown to us throughout. Saturday nightwas more than just a ball; it was a celebration of community, friendship, and generosity.
